Great buzz in Whitewater today. As usual, the staff in O'Briens were upbeat, friendly and efficient. They are always like that. I always enjoy a sandwich and coffee here when shopping. Keep it up!

Sandwiches
I first visited O’Briens in White Water six years ago while traveling, and I still remember how well I was served by a friendly ginger-haired girl. The service was great, and I enjoyed the Epic Melt, which was good value at the time.
Unfortunately, my recent visit was a huge disappointment. The place looked unkempt, with a dirty till and fridge, and the staff seemed uninterested—one girl looked annoyed the moment I stepped up to order. To make matters worse, the sandwich I received was nothing like before: €7.95 for a single slice of ham and cheese between almost burnt bread.
It’s really sad to see how much this place has declined over the years. Won’t be returning.
Giving 5 stars to the lady I asked for cash back today and because I didn’t have my card to be able to try win my daughter a toy in the teddy machines she gave me 4e out of her tips and I won a teddy for my daughter who was delighted that is customer service at its finest thank you very much
